One of my favorite ways to do that lately is by making myself this delicious and health-boosting Antioxidant Bomb Mocktail! How to Make an Antioxidant Bomb Mocktail

Ingredients: Make sure you pick quality ingredients. Although we are all balling on a budget these days, it is important to make sure that you are choosing juices that don’t contain added sugars and opting for organic produce when you can!

  • Mint Leaves: Mint adds a fresh and aromatic element to this mocktail
  • Blueberries: Antioxidant number one! Blueberries are rich in anthocyanins and are known for their potent antioxidant properties. In fact, blueberries are among the fruits highest in antioxidants!
  • Lime Juice: Antioxidant number two! Muddling your mint & blueberries with lime juice creates a perfect base for your Antioxidant Bomb Mocktail.
  • Tart Cherry Juice: Antioxidant number 3! You may have seen this all over social media, and for good reason! Not only is it delicious, but several studies show the benefits of Tart Cherry Juice is helping promote sleep and reduce oxidative stress.
  • Pomegranate Juice: Antioxidant number four! When I think of Antioxidants, I think of Pomegranate Juice. They contain three times as many antioxidants as a glass of red wine or a cup of green tea!
  • Sparkling Water: Use your favorite sparkling water to dilute the strength of the juices and top off your mocktail!

Put it all together!

  1. First, start by muddling your mint leaves, blueberries and lime juice.
  2. Add tart cherry juice, pomegranate juice and sparkling water.
  3. Lastly, top with a lime wedge and fresh mint leaves if desired. It really is that easy!

Antioxidant Bomb Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Mint Leaves
  • 5 Large Blueberries
  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice
  • 1/3 cup Ice
  • 1/2 cup Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 1/3 cup Sparkling Water

Instructions

  • In a glass at least 12oz, muddle mint leaves, blueberries and lime juice together until well combined and fragrant.
  • Add ice, tart cherry juice and pomegranate juice.
  • Top with sparkling water, fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge if desired. Enjoy!
