Lettuce or Salad Mix

Albacore Tuna,
drained

Fresh Dill,
finely chopped
1/4
cup
Fresh Parsley,
finely chopped

Green Onions,
thinly sliced
1
Persian Cucumber,
finely diced
2
stalks
Celery,
finely diced
1/4
cup
Kalamata Olives,
finely sliced

Capers

oz.
Non Fat Feta Cheese,
crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
1/3
cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

tbsp
Lemon Juice,
about 1-1.5 lemons

tsp
Dried Oregano
1/2
tsp
Dried Mint
Instructions
In a jar or a bowl, whisk together all salad dressing ingredients until well combined.
Add washed and dried lettuce to a large bowl.
Add tuna, dill, parsley, green onions, persian cucumber, celery, kalamata olives, capers and feta cheese.
Pour dressing on top of salad and toss gently until everything is well coated.
Top with additional feta cheese if desired and enjoy!
